Default It maybe time!!!

Well, I think I am to the point where I am ready to sell my truck with everything I have done and buy a new model 03 and up Cummins. Would be worth it I think and give me another project to start on and have fun with. After the trip to the dealer everything will by up to date and the fuel leak banjo bolt with be all new anf fixed. I will let yall know what I decide to do. (And NO I will not nor never would buy a Powerjoke or a D-Max!)

A Cummins is a Cummins, unless yours is about to die for some reason I wouldnt get rid of it for another. Hell look at Kev's truck, that thing has been around since Howard Taft was president, but it still is a cool @ss truck and its still pullin'. Save your money to buy more diesel.

What? Why? You just spent all the time and money that you most likely wont recover doing the upgrades. I think you would regret if you did. Fix your leak, get the flash done and see how you feel. I felt the same way about my cj5 after upgrading some stuff and not having it be perfect. I spent the time, finished it and now I dont ever want to get rid of it.

yeah but, he'd be making that leap to a CR Cummins. Lots of possiblities there. Good luck man what ever you decide. You could always keep that one and get another.... and then another... and... LOL !

Exactly what I was thinking...a Cummins is a Cummins...yes, but the 3rd gen motors are not the same beast...they are a whole different monster in my thinking...and I hate to say it, but there is always someone out there that will pay what you want for a truck..you just have to wait for them to come to you is all....but like stated about, we will see what happens after the truck is fixed and acaully moveing again...
