wat can i do to my turbo to make it louder?
and what lil things that dont cost to much can i do to make my truck better in any way?

go down to TS performance which is in your town. They're very popular in diesel performance and will help you do what ever you need to your truck.

I don't know what they charge but, you're probably right... I'm sure they're not cheap. But !, they do know what they're doing and you probably could pick someones brain there about what will help your truck.

If you're only looking to make your turbo louder.....get rid of the K&N and get a good free flow filter, remove or gut your cat if you have one, not sure if your turbo has one but, you can remove the silencing ring in it which helps it to be a little louder. Other than getting a bigger turbo... that about as much as you can do to make it louder.
