I had my truck at the dealer today for an oil change (coupon) and to get the most current PCM software flash (which I thought would be version AV). Turns out that the engine compartment sticker says version AW. Anyone know when this came out or what it does?

 

thats sweet! i just got my PCM flashed yesterday so who knows what updates were loaded....hope it runs better though...cuz i also had my TCM flashed...

 

Where would this sticker be? I've been under my hood several times and haven't any sticker with this info on it. I got the G30 recall and flash done last Friday and would like to know what flash was installed in mine.

 

My sticker is on right side of the radiator support bracket. I have heard that not all dealers will put a sticker on the truck (even though it is required). Here is a picture of my sticker (showing old flash version from June 07).

 

Guess my dealer is one of the ones that thinks they don't need to put it....[:@]
