Hi guys! New to this forum. Love the truck, but had some issues:

7275 miles: Had slightwhine in front axle 30- 50 mph. Dealer duplicated noise but found no mechanical issues. Still there but no problems.

22,000 miles: 1.)Replace power steering pump (leaking). 2.) Replace drivers seat belt retractor (not retracting).

35000 miles: 1.)Had binding noise coming from rear on accelleration, particularly when turning. Dealer found play in left axle shaft. Replaced shaft, bearing, and alldrive-shaftu-joints. 2.) Sealed driver's door rubberbecause of waterleak in pillar.

40,000 miles: 1.)Front lower control arm cracked in half. Looked like someone cut it in half with a hack saw. Have no idea how this happened. Dealer never saw anything like it. Not under warranty coverage. Cost $385 to fix.2.)Seat belt not retracting again. Dealer fixed again for free.

45000 miles: Binding noise in right front on slow full turns.(Replaced both front axle shafts, w/u-joints under $100 powertrain warranty.

I'm assuming this is the 6.7L? Are you making sure to use only Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel?

1)I had the all the ball joints replaced at 53,000 km,(30,000 miles)
2)Replaced rear drive shaft's rear universal due to vibration 55,000 kilometers
3)Replaced both front axle seals at 59,000 km

So far this is all of the warranty work that I have had done, I suspect that the previous owner ran this truck pretty hard.

Dealer was good about everything so far.

1 recall...replace front coil springs. Other than that, oil changes only. I am just shy of 25,000 miles.

Drivers side + battery cable, although it has not been replaced yet, national back-order. The dealer ordered it on the first week of November still hasn't shown up.
