Default Warranty Work done on your 3rd gen

I thought this would be an interesting thread.
List all the warranty work you have had done on your truck and at what milage. This is for 3rd gen's only as it will get too confusing with all of them listed here.
Also list what you had fixxed that WOULD have been waranty work but because of Mods, you couldn't take it to the dealer.

Me?
I had several body panels lined up that I didn't notice were all out of wack when I bought it and had wind noise like crazy @ 200 miles
Fog lamp bulb came loose and melted the fog light housing and was pointing up at oncomeing traffic. Had the assembly replaced @ 700 miles
I had the A/C compressor go completely out and replaced @ 700 miles

I have had no warranty work done on my truck at all.

I have not done any workto my truck that would have been covered by the warranty.

So far, everything that I have "fixed" on my truck, didn't need fixin ...... my wife don't know that though, hehehe.

I have had no warranty work done. (And none needed.)

It might also be interesting tolearn if one assembly plant or another has more warranty problems.

ORIGINAL: ramdiesel23

5. loud rattle in door,
Let me guess? Speaker fell apart, I've owned three Dodge trucks and everyone of them has gone back for the passenger side speaker blowing and falling apart. That happened at 500 miles and a CEL at 200 is the only two thing that has been wrong with my truck other than the recall.

A week after I picked it up, I'm out in the driveway with the hood up because it won't start, had a bad battery. It was no real surprise because it had to be jumped the day I bought it, it had been on the lot 12 months. One of the two batteries was toast and I had a hard time getting the pair to start the truck even after charging. Knowing now how they are connected, I could have removed the offending battery temporarily, but anyway I drove to the dealer and they had me in and out with a new battery in less than an hour. Other than that, at 10,500 miles and a year later, no problems. When the batteries go bad after the warranty is out, I'm going to get two Optima batteries.

New turboand lift pump at 82k miles. I don't know what was done before I had it, but the service manager told me that it had a new turbo at 53k and transmission work done at 73k, but I don't know the circumstances for either repair.
