Default Gauges?

i just bought my first cummins and want to be able to monitor it. i have no clue which gauges to be looking at. Any preferences? i also saw the didgital gauge...does anyone know anything about those?


its a 1995 ram 2500 cummins, 5" stacks, fuel plate, k&n cold air intake, 5spd std with low gear, more

i went with auto meter, three gauge piller pod, and1 gauge steering column pod, auto meter website gives you a good intro.

For the 3rd gens, I really like the DiPricol Optix line.


The black ones may be a better match in a 2nd gen though

The DP's (above) are nice and the black matches the second gens good.

Autometer's are always a good choice too.

The digital gauges are more on the 3rd gens, than they are on the 2nd gens. The 2nd gens are still all mechanical and the gauges will be perfect.

You have the 5 speed so I'm assuming you are looking at Pyro, Boost, and Fuel Pressure, right?
