Default OPACITY TEST

Just had my required Ohio emmisions test done on my 04.5 CTD with 47k...0.0% opacity, the requirement is 20.0 or less. Wow, is this thing running clean or what? Maybe it wasn't even connected properly to the equipment. I don't know or care as long as it passed the emissions. Anyone else have any opacity testnumbers for comparison?

does Ohio issue multi year renewals?

here in AZ, if the vehicle is no more than 7 yrs old or passes ultra clean, you can get a 2 year tag

great to hear the truck is "clean"

I live in Austin, TX, just had my truck inspected for the first time. I found out that diesel trucks are exempt from the emissions testing in Austin, perhaps Texas.

Ours is county by county...heck city by city...if I lived 20 blocks further north I'd have to do full emissions [:'(] but I don't

That's wierd that Austin didn't meet the EPA emissions requirement for no smog tests... but San Antonio did. We don't smog, I guess it is all the hot aired state politicians in Austin.
