which cd-rom servicer manual to get for my 2004.5 ram 2500 quad cab 4X4? on ebay there is one for $15 called (CAR EXPERT Autorepairinfo.org) Has any1 ever heard of this one?

The other is called OEM direct service manual. Its $50 and claims to be OEM from dodge themselves. a guy on ebay called manuals-mopar sells them. hes sold 2856 items like it already.

Which 1 to get? Im going to be attempting ball joint replacement so I thought it wouldnt hurt to get a manual as I will be keeping truck for a LONG time.

actually no thanks lol JK. that manual is horrible. i want one to show ball joint installation. plus it has no diesel engine stuff . the 2003 and 2005 manuals work though

 

geeezz... that's not very nice. She tried to help and I noticed you get the same answer between both forums you're at. I don't know which one you downloaded but, the 06 anyway has 3.7L gassers thru 8.3 diesels. Maybe you didn't look in to the manual far enough. You have to open " engines" the rest of the truck is basically the same as all the other years. That manual " IS " the dodge manual. If you must spend money and want the correct CD... it's gonna cost you >> 2005 service manual <<< this will be the same thing you can download from the hemi site. Or, you can pay a lot more for the paperback edition

 

lol sorry. thats not what i meant. but heres what happened. the 04 manual dont work. try it. but all the others do so ill just use 2003 and 2005 for my ball joint info since itll be the same anywyas. sorry lifrogger.
