Default Winter Fuel

I'm not really up to speed on the effects of winter blend fuel. I live in the Texas Panhandle and I'm not even sure if we get winter blended fuel here. It rarely gets below 10F. Does the winter blend hurt mileage? If so, how much. I just got my truck running right and I'm curious if I will see better mileage when the weather warms again in the spring. I'm only getting 15-16 mpg now (mostly highway), but that is better than the 12-14 mpg I have been getting for the last 5 months. I was hoping it would be a little better, but I'm not going to complain.

On Winter Blend mileage normally gets worse. Most folks report 1-3 MPG loss.

I guess that's good news. Maybe I can expect better mileage as the weather warms.
