I agree it should be cost of doing business, not an extra charge. This place is primarily a mail order catalog so every stinking order is going to be "handled" in some way.

 

I don't understand the "handling fee" mentality. I ship things everyday and have never charged a handling fee. Am I supposed to charge extra to get me to do what I already get paid to do. Most things are already in a box, and I have never had to pay for a box to put anything in. Ok so I do need some tape, that cost what, 50 cents a roll and last 2-3 weeks. I hate companies that jack up the shipping cost.
