Why are you getting rid of it? Does it have the max mileage setting? I was looking into getting one because I just got the Quadzilla Recon to use as my gauges. Thanks

 

it does not have the max mileage setting but if i remember correctly it is updateable (not 100% sure on that tho). the reason i am getting rid of it, well i bought a power puck and it has 3 settings vrs. the xzt's one. to be honest i got the power puck for alot cheaper than i got the xzt and its got a 90 hp setting so i figured more power for less money. i have only had the power puck in for a few days now and for some reason i can not tell the diffrence in the 50 and 90 hp setting but being that its in and installed i figured the quad box can go. the qzt did show an increase on my truck with mileage..... ide say an easy 1 in the city and up to 3 on the highway but i have heard more and less gains in diffrent trucks.

 

Does it have the USB connection? IF so it is updateable. Do you think Quadzilla will still support it even though I would not be the original owner? Sorry about all the questions, but I really am going to get one, one way or another.

 

no USB, so your out of luck in that area but im sure you will have no problems with this unit, but if you did ive heard nothing but HUGE compliments towrds quadzillas customer support so im sure you would have no problems there. i have the warrenty card in the box, and im not sure what it would take or what you would need to send it in but im sure it all could be done

I just bought a used Quadzilla DXZCR2R off ebay. Had the guy ship it to Quadzilla who reprogramed it to stack with my SuperChips Flashpac. No charge. The folks at Quadzilla will do anything to help you. If you have questions call Jeremy in teck support. He will take the time to explain about anything you want to know.

I'm back and I think I'm going to try the Max Mileage Box from Quadzilla. It is upgradeable and updateable. Thanks for answering all of my questions. I'll let you know if I change my mind.
