That's awesome buzzy. I don't know what's cooler: the patio, the pool table, the muffler, the bar, The *****, or the dogs.

I ran into a problem when I put my aero on. No one could bend 4 inch pipe, so I had to order a muffler delete pipe. I left the cat on and put the aero on 2 foot after that. Its not the way I wanted to do it but thats how it ended up. I left the cat on for warrenty issues.

You're gonna love the sound..

For shiets an giggles... when I take the wife an kids to the mall I usually cruise the parking lot, not really looking for any particular spot to park... just to see how many car alarms I can set off....[sm=devilgrin.gif] ( I got a neighbour 2 houses down from me who now parks his car in the rear of his house.. he got tired of his alarm goin off...)

does it matter whether aero is closer to the turbo or the rear of the truck? everyone says to put it where cat is and aero sales rep told me to put it where muffler is

That Aero muffler
looks a lot like the
DynoMax UltraFlo stainless steel 6 inch diameter
which can be bought in 16 inch and 34 inch long versions
in 2.5 inch, 3 and (I think) 4 inch versions

http://tinyurl.com/26td7a

The longest one in the stainless steel Ultra Flo line
is the 'RV' 17299
which has the open inside construction like the Aero
but is 34 inches long and gives more sound reduction

if you guys did a search myself and others have posted about this and it will give you the info you need.

all I did was delete my cat and muffler and ran ~7ft of straight pipe the whole way and put the AERo where the muffler was and kept the stocke angled piece that go over the axle and put a 5" tip on. I get compliments all the time.

Make sure when you take it to the shop that they install it the right way. You want the rings at the BACK end of the muffler, not the front.

I installed mine back where the stck muffler was and I love it. Zero drone at all.
