Default Brake pads ,front rotor changed and tire rotation lead to another question

ive just changed my front rotor and my brake pads on both axles those on the front desintegrated and take the rotor to its doom so about 60$ each rotor and 160$ for all the pads its not that bad
took about 3 hrs to do it but while looking at the tires i found the front one are looking strange, they are not used straight on the tread, they go for about 3/8 of difference from front to rear...
all the treads are like this on the front tires, the rear are good as they where new.....

i sended the front one to the rear innards but in a year those in front will prolly be the same ,can i do something for this?

Any clues anyone?

Did you have them check the alignment? And I don't know how long you have had the truck set-up as a welding rig but did you ever have it realigned after you added all the extra weight in the back?
