This TSB only applies to automatic transmissions...Not sure where you got the info that you posted. But some of it is wrong and I am not sure what "KB" means...

SUBJECT:
48RE Transmission - 1-2 Shift Hunt At Light Throttle
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves the replacement of the governor pressure solenoid valve in the
transmission valve body.
MODELS:
2004 - 2007 (DR/DH/D1) Ram Truck (2500/3500)
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience a 1-2 shift transmission hunt during light throttle application.
This condition may be due to a governor pressure solenoid valve.

Thanks bro I will use this if I need. Dodge customer care had me take it to another dealer. I guess that the tranny guy there is supposed do be the best in NV.
we shall see. The dealer that I have been taking it to lost it's 5 star rating I am guessing that is a major problem?

Got the truck back they performed the TSB and it works fine now.. By the way the lie ometer had always read between 16-17 MPG now it is reading 20-21 MPG in town. would changing the tranny fluid make that big of a difference?
