What the heck is this?

Ya, it is not the clearest picture. It was taken from my camera phone this afternoon. I saw this AIR HORN (Single) mounted in the top of this dude's hood?!?!?!?!?

Is this a new "fashion statement" for the Ram's?

 

I think a hood stack would look better

 

maaaannn I miss alll the cool stuff when she goes to lunch w/o me....that's it I'm gonna drive around town now looking for this truck just so I can get him to sign up and give us better pictures.
