I have solved my dual pump problem. They will now run in automatic mode with the help of the circuit board I built. Part 2 is available at the bottom of the original link if you want to see more.

Man I know just where you're at. Once a project consumes you like this one has, nothing stands in your way. I probably would have been happy with just a toggle switch to switch between the two. WELL DONE !!
