Quadzilla Max Mileage is in...
What setting are you running the max mileage at?
With the upgrade, aren't you worried about your tranny without any upgrades to it?
I'm going to keep using it for while, but if it doesn't show any improvements I'm going to upgrade it to the XZT program (which can be done over the internet with the USB cable). That way at least I'll get some power gains.
I running the stock Max Mileage Program which is supposed to add 35 hp. If I upgrade to the XZT it will give me 65 hp which shouldn't put too much strain on the tranny. I wouldn't go above 75 hp without upgrading the tranny. I ran the 90 hp Power Puck for a while and I could feel the tranny slip at full throttle. Not good.[&:]
I think its somewhere around $100. I got the max mileage box for $180 so it would be $280 total. Not a bad price. I don't know how much the XZTs are but I think they are more than that.
No the Max Mileage box only has one setting, but there are updates on the quadzilla web site that I can download. They say it doesn't work with Vista yet so I'm waiting for that.

Well I still think I'll wait and see and let you be the guinea pig
. Please keep us up to date when you upgrade and get some new data because I would love to find a way out of the 13 mpgs[:@]
And thanks for the up to date info.

if it hooks to the rail and MAP then it is timeing pressure box. it does boost fooling to increase timeing, then it also responds to the computer lower rail numbers so it forced the CP3 to raise the rail pressure.
be easy with these boxes, too much pressure will kill the injectors.

dude, as I said before. there is something serioulsy wrong with some of your trucks. there is no way (unless driven like a race car) that you should get worse mileage.
but another thing. 35 horses might not be noticed with a stock intake and exhaust.
if at all.
But I have done a lot of reading about the max milelage and nobody has reported worse fuel mileage that I found

My mileage hasn't gotten worse, but it hasn't gotten better either. I've heard on other sites that the Max Mileage works and provides a noticeable increase in mileage. I'm hoping that the really cold weather we've had over the past couple of weeks is the culprit. It's finally warming up a bit so we will see.
I'm just kind of keeping up with this forum to see what the final result of the max mileage is. My 06 is horrible on mileage, the other day I pulled my heavy duty car trailer empty and at about 70mph with -15 temp.F and loaded up a Jeep Cherokee and pulled it back home. temp was then 22 above F. Total mpg throughout the trip was 10mpg.. Not too good I didn't think. What do you guys think of this mileage. I think I should've gotten better.
