This truck has 20 inch wheels for all but the first 10K miles. He says it has about 93K mile on it now. Would the mileage be accurate switching from 17 inch to 20 inch wheels?? Or would it in fact have more miles than the odometer reads? Just wondering since I see many of you change the size of your wheels.

It depends on the overall diameter of the tire. Ifthe tire is larger than stock it could have more than 93k miles. If it is smaller than stock it could have less miles. Also, it could have been reprogrammed for the new size, in which case the odometer might be accurate.

That kind of mileage on an 06 doesn't really scare me. I'm sure 95% are highway miles.
It sounds well taken care of. If it is still in mint condition, its worth 27K, I'd offer 25,500 after a close inspection and see what happens.

Now I'm reading the Mega Cab wont be offered in 2009. So if I want a Mega I may have to pickup a '08.
Anyway, I appreciate your thoughts.
The 1500s are changing in 2009. I believe, the heavy duty trucks redesign will be a year behind, so you should be able to get a 2009 MC.
