nice write up Steve. So, how do you like it ? Tell a difference ? If you end up getting the rest of Don's linkage you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner :-)

I like it, seems like there is less vibration than before which would make sense. for those that have a tight front end, you probably wouldnt notice a thing, which is to be expected.

The steering upgrade order from Don has been placed and it looks like the end of January for a ship date. I cant wait, this intermittant vib sucks.

within 30~45 minutes of placing my order I got a call to find out if I had drop blocks for the swaybar so they could include the correct swaybar bolts
Man I was thinking about the swaybar bolts today, since my Kore Recon should be put on in a few weeks and it has drop blocks.

I'm looking at adding one of these as well. How does the Defiant brace compare to the Windecker boxed-style brace? The Windecker version looks a lot beefier...

IMO, the box types are overkill... the load on the shaft is a side to side load, adding the defiant brace eliminates that movement just fine...

That makes sense... any differences (that you know of) in the quality of the supplied bearing, fit and finish, etc?

before installing the bearings I did the old finger thru the hole & rotate test and it was smooth as I'd expect. I dont recall who made the bearing, even so, the life of it should be quite long considering its not on a wheel spinning constantly...
