This works just like methanol injection. The only difference is that the Hydrogen is generated on demand. There is no storage tank holding the hydrogen. I have thought about trying this for quite some time, but the process to make the hydrogen costs more than the engergy the hydrogen makes. Basically think back to your high school science class. You can't get something from nothing. The only way I can see this working is if you use the wasted energy from the internal combustion engine to create the hydrogen gas from water, vinegar, etc.

While the hydrogen injection probably will help power and mileage, this setup is smoke and mirrors. They don't talk about it on that site, but looking at the pictures, its just an electrolysis reactor that requires electricity to seperate the hydrogen from solution. Its pretty evident by the 8 guage wire how much electricity this system takes to operate. That electricity must come from the alternator, which isn't an efficient method of power production. The energy produced from this system will never equal the energy used.
My other question is how do they inject the hydrogen under perssure into the pressurised intercooler? I didn't see any type of pump to pressurise the hydrogen while the truck is under boost (which would use even more energy) since you would concievably want the hydrogen injected while under boost. Don't big rigs run even higher boost than our trucks?
