P0073-INLET AIR TEMP SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
Set Condition: The circuit voltage to the ECM is above a calibrated threshold for a certain
period of time.
P0483-FAN SPEED
Set Condition: The actual fan speed does not match the commanded fan speed.
#27 in the pic is called a air cleaner resonator. That is there because if you have too much flexible hose between turbo and airbox. The vacuum of the engine could collapse the tubing.
BTW... ETO means diesel

actualy the codes are stored in non volitile memory in the ECM. . .the only way to remove the code is if you know someone with a code scanner, programmer, or if the code is a one time fluke, it will go away after 5 full starts
