Where did you get your Tach mount for your 93? I read your recommendations on your Tach install and want to do the same. I'm going to go with the ISS proR5503 Tach like you did, but want the smooth look that yours has with the collum mount. Any sources on the Collum mount would be greatly appreceated. Thanks!
I got the cover from PDR Diesel Performance ~ http://www.piersdiesel.com/

Here's a basic "How To" for installing the tach as well as swapping in a 2nd Gen shifter lever with the OD button built in. http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d...d.php?t=173561

Again: Don't use the ISSPRO harness. Wire direct.

@cumminalong, Sorry I missed it. I put a pic of my heap in my introduction thread and just haven't got to my User pics.

Thanks for sending me all that info! Sure is a big help! I do have another question for you, have you done a rear disc brake conversion on your first gen cummins 4x4? I have replaced the original rotors & pads, pulled the rear drum & inspected the rear brakes & replaced the rear seals. I have to admit, these rear brakes suck! Any upgrades or info would surely help! Thanks again for you time and effort in all the info you have provided me!

Read about it here ~ http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d...d.php?t=146673

You also might consider upgrading to stainless braided brake fluid lines ~ http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d...d.php?t=150248

Hope this helps.
