hey whats the deal i thought they made 5 prototype 5500 trucks but all were destroyed by test group on orders from dodge ,prototype notDOT legal or somethimg like that .

No, I have found one in Texas, one in Las Vegas and one in Colorado so far, from what thay tell me there were 10 of them built. But I havent found but 3 of them

So whatever you do dont sell it ,Protos are worth lot more aspecialy if there are only 3. BTW what makes it diferent, higher GVWR ect.
The frame was built by Freightliner, it has one ton running gear, the Cummins has 345 HP stock in lue of the 325 in the 2500 and 3500. Everybody in town keeps telling me to park it and watch the value grow and to quit modding it, but why own it if Im not going to enjoy it. When I move to Wickenburg in March, will be living a mile and a half from work so its going to get parked and Im going to ride a bike to work, its going to be nice not having 400.00 a month going into the fuel tank. More mods! hehehe
