not realy. . .I work not far from that area, but live 50 min to the south of atlanta.
BTW, down here we dont go by mileage, we go by time due to traffic. . .but then you have to add variables for rush hour, which starts about 5:30am and goes till about 9:30, but then starts back up around 2:30pm and doesnt end till around 7:00. add in rain or the weather we had yesterday and you can just about double your trip time, accidents will add 30-45 min for just insurance semenars, injuries will be a minimum of 45 min, fatalities will force you to go the opposite direction.
oh, I-285 goes north, south, east, and west. all at the same time. spegetti junction is just that, once you go south of I-20 dialect changes, also Georgia has two regions, the Altanta metro area, then the rest of the state.

Up here in Michigan, anything from Saginaw south is considered Detroit. Muggings, Killings, bums, crackheads, etc. Friend of mine is a dog musher and they were in Detroit for a winter carnival the same time as the superbowl, was awoken in the middle of the night (sleeping in his toyhauler) by gunshots, went outside and two people lay shot up in front of his truck. Needless to say they hitched up at 3:00 in the morning with a police escort, towed there 40ft hauler out of Detroit in a snow storm never to go back again. By the way drew, thinking of going to a large RV rally in Perry Georgia this April, hows this area like? When I encounter congested traffic on the way to work, I just hammer down and blow by both of them! If I drove 50 minutes to work that would be about 60-65 miles!!
