ok what does this video mean? im not worried about vibration I just wanted to know sound wise where the best place to put aero 4040xl was. but its too late now. I installed it where the catyllyc converter was. (the cat is in my garden shed now). The truck isnt any louder yet because i still have stock muffler on. as soon as the muffler delete pipe from genos garage comes im going to ditch the stock muffler. it should sound similar to yours then. (4" of course not 5")

To make my connections with exhaust all i do is drill 3 3/16" holes, then i put 3?16" pop rivets in those 3 holes. Then i smear red high temp silicone all the way around clamp and joint. then i impact 4" step clamps overtop and it is SUPERTIGHT. No welding what so ever and if i ever need to replace or reuse something i can drill out pop rivets without butchering everything with a saw.

Dood you're the video KING !! Props to you for shooting both this one and the LineX one !

I don't know why your center pipe vibrates so much. Tomorrow I'll check mine out and see if it vibrates that much for ya.
Yeah let me know what you find. I am curious as to why it is doing it. If it's normal thats fine but maybe I have a problem I'm not aware of.
