No

Mount the Aero where your stock muffler was, and straight pipe where the cat was. Otherwise you stand a chance of getting a drone sound.

You're gonna LOVE that Aero !!

I can only speak for my self as I have not riddin in any other truck with the Aero. But I put mine where the muffler was and it sounds great. No drone and the faster I go the quieter it gets. I also cut the cat out so it's straight pipe from the turbo back to the aero 4040xl.
I posted a video of the before and after install, here is the link..............

Yes I have the Smarty CR , the full one as you say. It's a much better buy IMO just for the several different software versiond you can download for it. It is very very customizable....Is that even a word?

I've heard that you want it as close to the turbo as possible.

Ok sallyman1 here is a video of the aero and how I have it Rigged.
The video turned out wierd, the frames rate must be just right and timed with the engine because it looks like juat a steady slow shaking of the exhaust. I'm telling you, when you see it with the naked eye, it looks like a guitar string vibrating. It is shakeing 10 times faster than what you see in the video.

Dood you're the video KING !! Props to you for shooting both this one and the LineX one !

I don't know why your center pipe vibrates so much. Tomorrow I'll check mine out and see if it vibrates that much for ya.
