I thought it was available but seems doesn't offer this engine anymore and just the 6.7L ?

Anyone that can clear up this for me?

An a side note could some tell me what it's the main difference between these sub models?

Whatever trim package ( ST, SLT or Laramie)

-Regular Cab

-Quad cab

-Mega Cab

-Power Wagon Regular cab

-Power Wagon Quad cab

as of Jan 07, all trucks will come equiped with the 6.7L due to emissions reasons. the 5.9L just wouldnt be able to maintain the longevity, fuel efficiency, and overall performance when the EGR and DPF are added into the equasion.

ST's are just the basic trim, very few creature comforts, Laramie has it all, SLT is a mix of both.

reg cab is just that, two doors long bed, quad cab has 4 doors, either short or long bed, or dually with long bed, mega cab has the largest cab, but only a 6 foot bed due to the frame.

the power wagon is a totaly different animal that was designed specificaly for off road use. it only has the hemi for the power plant, no cummins due to the block being as long as it is since the PW has a built in winch.

also one cool thing about the power wagon is you can get it in Regular cab with a short bed. which is ******* IMO. BTW drew I love ur sig... SILENCE I KILL YOU

On aside note...could you tell me what model could the following RAM? it's 1500 series I think.but SLT or Laramie...is possible that this RAM pulling the truck got a factory 5.7L HEMI? My friend says the 1500 series it's only available the 5.7L HMEI for the Laramie version only.

it's a hemi you can see it in the badging right near the front fender. it is also a 1500 the wheels are the key to that one as well as badging. it's not a slt or laramie it's a sport model. notice the grill and bumpers are all body color of the truck. that indicates a sport model.
