Not punch it? Lol, the secret to good pulling is not to break your tires loose. If you wanted to play dirty, You could just hold the brake when he punches it, then when his tires are broken loose just idle forward in low

First one who spins tires looses. Its not about power. Its who ever can get the best traction.

You've got an Auto...does he happen to have a manual?? That 6.7 w/ the stick is a beast in Low gear

4lo and ease into the throttle. . .he may pull you at first, but once you start to put power to the ground he will break loose and you'll pull all over creation, just remember, be easy with it.

now if this were sled pulling, yea, mat it and get as much wheel speed as you can, but this is a different pulling.

Getting as much weight in your truck would help too. Fill your gas tank and get some of Mayfair's girls to ride up front with you.

This is what happens when rednecks pour down a fewlongnecks and get to bragginabout their pickups. I'mjust dissapointed that he messed up and let us 5.9 guys down. and I'd put mayfair's girlfriend in the bed over the axle.

I'm with you. This and burnouts... I just don't get it. And I really don't get it when these guys come back and want to talk about better fuel mileage, tire mileage, etc etc... [8D]
