I am having a vaccum pump noise that just started on my 2003 Diesel. This start when the ignition is just turned on, the pump starts and stops. This also continues once the engine is started. Any idea on what I need to do to fix. There seems to be no issues in performance...



Mods are ATS intake, Bully Dog Chip/s, ATS Transmisison.
