changed the injectors in my old 99 ctd and it now won't start.. i've changed the injectors in it b4 and in my new 01 with no problems now this one just cranks and cranks and never takes off it just seems like its gettin no fuel but its filling up the fuel filter canister??... after a little cranking on the trip meter it says NO BUS... and i don't know if thats trying to tell me somehtin? any help at ALL would be great thnx

 

uve got air into ur system,crack the line 1-2-3 and crank till fuel comes out than close lines tigh and crank again

 

X2 on what woli said. Get the air out of the lines and crank it pretty good, but dont stay on the starter too long.

 

yup. . .youve got air lock in the injector lines.after you get 3-4 of them blead out the engine will actualy run. . .but VERY rough.

 

ok dumb ? but how are they numbered is the #1 cylinder the closest to the cab or to the front? then im guessin from that point its just 2,3,4,5,6 right?
