AFE set-up good Buy?

AFE set-up good Buy?

I talked this guy down to $75 for this. Would it be worth it? I plan on prepping it and painting it purple and buy a new filter for it.
Or if LilFroger is nice, I'll paint it PINK and ship it to her.

I think the next filter that I'm going to try is the BHAF. That's whatI would suggest.
