They don't allow CTD's in Portland
I remember this storm; we got a few inches out of it up north. One of my team-mates @ work is from there and he was up here during the storm. His boys were sending him all kinds of weird pictures.
This clip made it all over the news at the time. I don't remember what the grand total of damage was. But now when it is going to ice there are PPD sitting at the top & bottom of the hill

I did 2 360's & stuffed 'er in the ditch this morning on the way to work! Good thing I was in my Neon, & not my CTD. Also good thing there was really no damage. Of course if I was in my CTD, I would of had it in 4wd, & the whole thing would not have happened in the 1st place.

Ya I seen this before. Like playing the video game BURNOUT in real life! What gets me is they see the other guy slip and slide all the way down and then figure 'hey, bet I can make it'. See it all the time here in Mid-Michigan. And yes, I am guilty of it to. Just got through the last snow storm that dumped 12-18 inches snow. Unless its over 24" at a time there is really no need for 4wd! Its not the extra axle that gets you through, its the attitude of the guy behind the wheel! BONZAIIIIIIIIII.......
