I think some people have put them on a stock suspension truck. It works because the backspacing on the Hummer wheel is close to the stock Dodge rim (5.71"). But, like anything else, you won't know till you put them on. If they fit, your good to go, if they don't, leveling kits are inexpensive and easy to install. If you don't want to level the truck I'm sure you could unload the Hummer wheel/tire combo pretty easily. Good luck!

if they are the bfg all terrain ko tires, better bust out the measuring tape. my 315/70/17s only measure to 33.4". pissed me off greatly when i found that out! discount tires assured me they were the same as the 35s. in any case, i am running them with no lift or level, and i can't get them to bump or rub... but i am on factory wheels

I am gonna buy an inexpensive cylinder hone and gauge to open up and measure the inner diamter of the hub opening.. Should work out.
