Default repowered wrecker!! cummins of course!

Thought i would drop some pics of what ive been up to the past two weeks, I bought this 95 kodiak with a bad engine and bought the wrecker body from a towing service in rapid city that was going out of business, I built the toolbox and bed extensions, added the lightbar mount and installed lightbar and clearence lights (All LED of course!) Applied a fresh paint job with some flair and installed a 95 12v cummins engine with 40 hp injectors and worked over p series inj pump, now I can retire the light duty rig and have more truck for those road calls! I am really anxious to see how it performs and what kind of mpg i can get, Im shooting for 10 empty. Lifted the topper of the ol 97, need to haul a pickup to watford city ND, hope the weather holds out. Take care all!

The kodiak has 189,000 on the clock, the rest seems to be in great shape, it had a 3116 cat in it before, with a highway sigh post jammed through the oil pan.
