This doesn't address the Dodge factory navigation system, but as a low cost alternative, I've been real satisfied with my DeLorme 'Street Atlas USA 2008' package with their 'LT-20' GPS receiver. Of course, you need a laptop in your truck, but the package has all the bells & whistles.
