watch out, i had the G30 recall done and now i get check engine lights all of the time. it has been back 3 times for a reflash to reset the code. the tech said he will put in new O2 sensors (again), and 5 minutes later he came out and said the sensors are backordered until april. he said it was ok to run with the fault light on, but i might loose some mileage, as if it wasn't bad enough.

I've had the G30 recall and currently have AW flash. No problems.

Going in for AX flash on Monday.

well I went down there, and they replaced my O2 sensor. And the paperwork says that the reprogramed the ecm, but when I got home I popped the hood, and they either didn't fash it, or they forgot to change the sticker. According to it I still have the AU, package I also asked them to turn on the high idle and they said no problem. but there is nothing on the paperwork.

My 6.7L will be delivered this summer. I suppose these recalls will already be incorporated into the engine when I pick it up. The O2 sensors and recurring flashes sound troublesome. What's the warranty good for as far as getting the flash resets and O2 sensors replaced? Does this fallinto the5 year/100,000 milecategory?

I've heard many say that they have no sticker. I'm pretty **** about it and won't leave the dealer until they put the sticker on the truck. I believe it is required under Federal Emissions Law when the engine is modified and it's also the only way to tell what version is installed without hooking up the star tool.

The most recent flash and all recalls will be included on your truck when it is built. According to the 08 warranty book. The PCM (what is being flashed) is 8/80 and the rest of the emissions system (like the O2 sensors) then it would be 5/50.

Not to worry, I figure Dodge will stop working on flashes for the 07 pretty soon anyway...

I had the recall done in November. Also had them do the most recent reflash (at that time) made my town driving economy go up by about 2 MPG and hiway about 3 MPG. I just got my truck out of the shop on Tuesday for the turbo speed sensor. Seems it was faulty and not working all the time. I'd get the check engine light while getting on the freeway, or just cruising at 60 MPH. Was really weird. First I thought I was doing something to make it go off, but realized when it happened with the cruize control on it wasn't me at all.

Seems ok now but I'll give her a good workout this weekend going down to Gig Harbour.
