2" leveling kit??
i am looking into installing a 2" leveling kit on my '07 drw 4x4. any recommendations on the best brand, material, etc.? also, what is involved with the install on the these? thanks in advance. Jason
Compressing the front springs, removing the shock and spring, reinstall shock and spring with the spacer . Pretty easy if u got the tools!!!!!!
There are several brands out there, Revtek, Pro Comp, and i think Rdy Lift!!!!!

I just ordered this saturday can't wait till it gets in along with my 35"s
You don't need to compress the coils either. Rais the truck up and put jack stands under the fram past the control arms and loer the jack put leave the jack under the axle with slight pressure to hold it.
Nowdisconnect the sway bar links, remove the nut on the shocks and the three nuts holding the shock tower down, disconnect the track bar at the frame on the driver side.
Now gently lower the axle and watch the brake lines, would be a good idea to remove the screw on the break line bracket.
Now you can compress the shock and just pull the spring out, should have a couple of inches slack it it now.
Mount the leveling spacer and reinstall the shock tower. Compress the shock down inside the spring, put the rubber spring bushing back in the spring, put the spring back in and guide the shock back in the shock tower.
Now raise the axle up to put a little pressure on the springs, tighten the shocks back down, raise the axle a little more and guide the sway bar links back in the sway bar and reinstall the hardware and tighten.
Now finally, reinstall the track bar you removed from the driver side frame. This is the only time you will need help. To line the track bar back up you will need someone in the truck. Have them turn the steering wheel all the way to either side and force it a little after it is at the end of it's stroke( **do not start the engine**). This will force the axle over slightly depending on what direction you need to go. You will be about an inch off or so and this is the easiest way to line it up and only takes a few seconds and no effort.
Now you are done, the alignment should be pretty close but you will need to have it checked to make sure.
There is not alot to it but you will need all metric tools.

hey aero im a fast gun.... lol i ordered mine wed night.... hope to be putting kit in soon... i need to talk to jake and see what tires he has on his marron 3500... im not sure what to go with yet. its got stock 235s on it now...285 75s would be nice but not sure about spacers
Jt, your Ram is the same color and style as 6inarows ( even the cap ). You might wanna check with him as well about tires. His looks awesome !!
For some reason I think Jake is running 285's but I'm not sure.
