Silencer Ring

Well i decided to go ahead and remove it while i changed out the intake. But...... I see the silencer ring, but not the pin ring that holds it in....i've posted pics.....anyone help!!!!

Yeah...looking at the DIY for the removal....i have an extra piece covering where the pin is located.....so i am unsure how to get to the pin ring to remove it
