I was going to start building this 1985 Toyota 4Runner for a rock crawler project. Instead I decided to tie up some money in my truck and for school so I am going to go ahead and sell this. It runs and drives great. Needs a new front seal and gasket and may need a new timing chain the in future. Has 37x12.50R15 inch tires around a 15x10 inch steel rock crawler wheel. It is a 5spd with a hand throtle. Has rhino lined floor boreds. 4 Inch All Pro lift with 1963 chevy rear leaf springs. The auction has started at $2500.00.

It would be pretty wicked to throw a cummins 4bt under the hood of that sucker

 

I used to have an 87 4-runner. I loved that thing.

 

throw a double stick t case in it and some lockers and it will go....i just dont want to tie up all the cash in a crawler before I go to college....and then I am also about to tie up a ton of cash in the truck..isnt worth it to me right now!....someone needs to make this thing a BEAST!
