fold up tow mirrors?
ORIGINAL: Bigriver
What's the real cool thing about this design is the remote angle adjustment. When the mirrors are horizonal, the left-right, up-down adjustment is as indicated on the door switch. The first time I swung the mirrors vertical, I thought........humm, now I have to compensate for the 90 degree change to re-adjust the mirror view. Not so.........the intenal gizmo factors this info in and the door switches still control left-right and up-down accordingly. Very cool.

yes you can get them power and heated. only using the power on the ones i installed on mine but not the heated portion honestly i can never say that i would need the heat so i have done nothing with that part maybe someday when i am totally bored and yes they bolt right up but like i said make sure you get the extra support bracket that goes on the inside of the door area where they bolt up have seen some that didnt have that plate and with the added weight and size going down the road they cracked out around the mounting bolt area
You can get the flip up mirrors that are not heated and not automatic for around $230.00, The book says that they work on 1998's and up.....If the bolt pattern is the same on a 1997, they might work. Not sure though...But since the 1997 and 1998 have the same part number for the door, I would think that they would fit a 1997....
