Wow, what a difference a letter makes! All I heard from the dealer when I picked up my truck was Mr this, Sir that! They were a day late because they even replaced the front bumper! I was thrilled, until I got home and looked closer. My inner fender is missing about half of the bolts that connect the inner and outer fenders. Are your trucks like that? Either way, I'm toobusy to fight anymore. I'll put the bolts in myself.

Thanks man. BTW when I picked up the truck I asked to see the old starter but they had already sent it back to Dodge. So I asked the service writer if he saw the old starter. He said that he did. I asked what it looked like. He kind of shuffled and confirmed that it had at least one broken tooth. That is the same guy who tried to convince me that my starting procedure was the problem.

 

You know damn right well that starter was probably under his desk.

 

I dont know man, he looked like he got beat-up pretty bad! I think he was trying to be as helpful as he could.
