Can't help you with CarFax, but I'd recommend spending the cash to get the month-long subscription. $30 bucks is nothing compared to the headaches you'll have if you buy a lemon. You'll appreciate the unlimited CarFaxes as you shop around, even if you only use it once.

since when was it that much money to check one vehicle??? for some reason i remember it being 7 dollars the last time i checked?!?!
i have 6 records on my truck and ive always had suspicions about a front end accident due to the way the bumper sits...

Looks like a pretty good deal. I got mine for $21950 with 73k miles. Just be sure to check out those 11 records. I would have never bought mine if I would have known the history. Good Luck.
