Default Stock Stereo Question

Anyone know if there is an input on the back of the stock stereo for an mp3 player?

You should have gotten a "newer" truck. Mine has the aux input right in the front.

I, too, have the single disc stereo, and use one of these: p://tinyurl.com/2y8wty

It works great.

Hey Jake,

Unfortunatley the stock stereo doesn't have an input on the back. I have the same single CD and cassett stereo in mine and it doesn't have an input.

YOu dont have the plug on the front? Either buy a new deck or run an FM Transmitter on it.

beach, it wasn't until the 06s that came with the aux input on the stock deck. I use an FM transmitter that plugs into my cig liter for iPod and then i have the FM transmitter cable that plugs into the antenna jack on the back of the deck that the antenna then plugs into for my sirius radio, and they both work really well. But i still can't wait till i get my deck with the sirius and ipod connector built right in.

You can add an FM Modulator in line with the antenna.
