Bumpers look nice.....I don't care for the halo over the cab look with that spare though.

The rear bumper looks pretty stout. I'm back and forth on the front bumper, but all of the lights on it instantly reminded me of Woli's beasty. That spare tire rack IMO looks a little hokie.

I likes it!!! Although the front bumper tubing could do without the gusseting. I like the spare tire idea, I'm thinking of using one of those aluminum double tubepilot truck sign mounts and mounting the spare flat (horizontal). With a shortbox and cross over toolbox not enough room left over, mounting the spare under the box is not partical for me, mud and snow packs up there pretty tight!

Something like this:

If it's cold out ... yes lots of people block the air intake. They run so cool anyhow and have such a hard time warming up that it helps get / keep them warm.

One of the mag's last summer did a mileage 'test' and did things like tape of the rims, fold in the mirrors, block the entire front all for resistance testing on a 2nd gen. Then they ran it for a couple hundred miles across the desert. Truck never over-heated and their mileage went up.

These baby's can take almost anything we can through at them
