That's gotta be some serious four wheelin' you do down there! Never heard of this happening before. An intercooler is just a radiator for air instead of water, so it should be able to be repaired for alot cheaper than a new one. I would check it out. Maybe get a titanium one if you gonna keep four-wheeling hard core like that!

It wasnt even anything remotly hard core. There was just something in the mud that wasnt visable. Look under your truck, the intercooler is fully exposed from the back side, that is where mine was hit.

I stopped at a crash on the interstate in january and when I backed out I drove over a reflector post that the guy had already hit and it came straight up and got my ac condensor and nicked my intercooler. I took it to a radiator mechanic and he said that I didn't do any damage to it. OEM was $800, but insurance covered mine...

Mine bent forward about and inch and is touching the AC condenser. It doesnt look too bad, I don't know if it has a hole or anything in it. I havent driven it yet. If it doesnt affect my performance I am just gonna take it to a radiator shop and see if they can bend it straight.

It is not leaking as far as I can tell. I drove it around today. Sounds and feels fine. Time will tell I guess. I am gonna find a decent radiator shop to take it to and see what they can do.

Good luck finding a radiator shop though... Anymore, radiators have plastic cores and are not repairable, and are cheap to buy, so many radiator shops had to close up...
