Default Fuel Leak - Dodge Cummins Diesel

I have a 2003 R3500 diesel. I noticed the other day diesel leaking down the side of my fuel tank. Further investigation suggests one of the two fuel lines is leaking at the bracket that holds them and runs inbetween the frame of the truck and the fuel tank. So the location is not an easy one to get to. Question is should I replace the entire fuel line or can I simply splice them with compression fittings? I don't know what pressure is in those lines.

THanks
Bob

Pressure should not be more than 15-16PSI if you are running a stock lift pump.
