Well fellow members, I am very impressed with Drews Brew. The motor runs a lot quieter and smoother. And I also have seen a bit of an increase in fuel milage. Right now, Im 256 miles on this tank and still just above a half tank. And that is all city driving. And every little bit counts with these asinine fuel prices. So anyone with a 5.9L, I recommend Drews Brew. Also, im prob doing valve adjustment this week, so it should get even quieter.

 

the brew works with some, but not with others. . .Ive noticed over time the brew doesnt give as much of an increase, however without it my truck shakes like a wet dog.
