Default Light Bars for 2nd Gen

i have been looking and would like to find a light bar that goes in front of the bumper that is similiar to the one that sharx has on his 3rd gen, but i can't find them for the 2nd gen. the closest that i found was this http://www.randyellisdesign.com/Dodg..._light_bar.htm
Im not sure if i like the 2 mounting bars coming down. i would like to see one where the mounts went between the grill and the bumper. i think that it might look better. anyone know of something close to what i am looking for?

I see what you mean. I like the idea a lot, but i think it would look better if is was more tubeed instead of the flat side pieces.

yeah. i was thinking that if you had a peice of pipe and bent it like that one then turned it upside down and made brackets that went between the grill and the bumper that then it would look pretty sick. i also wanted to have the pipe go right up to the grill so that i could run the wireing through it for a cleaner look. i might have to try to fab up something and see what it looks like!

or shorten the bar a bit and make it mount in the square holes in the chrome bumper. that might work too. i guess i will have to do some looking and measuring on mine.

i was looking some more into making one while i was at work. my uncle has his 94 2500 still all apart since it is just getting painted and i was using his bumper to see how to mount and fab up something. haven't made anything yet but from the looks of things it can't be that hard.

If you want the best light bar on the market you will get the Randy Ellis one...they are stout as hell
