Guys,
I have an 06 Mega cab..The air is bearly blowing out of the vents...or even the defrost.
Makes a hellava lota air noise under the passenger side dash..But there sure aint a whole lotof aircoming out of the vents.
I crawled up under the dash last night hoping I just had ducting that came off ....nope...

Anybody ever have this problem....I sure don't have the time for the dealer..

Unfortunately, I've heard of this before. I believe it was the blend door that needed to be replaced. It should be covered under warranty.

 

I had the same thing happen. Brought it back to the dealer, took them about 4 hours, but it is covered under warranty.

Had the same problem myself on my 1500, took it to the dealer and was done in about 5 hours. Had to replace the evaporator case.

 

This is why I like this site soooo much..Thanks for all the replies guys.....

Never got this kind of response of the OTHER site when I owned a PSD......
If they didn't like the question....they would just kick ya off..
