Default Code p0483, what to do???

I went mudding in my truck last night and everything was alright. This morning I started it up to do some work with my dad, and turned on the high idle. Right when I got out I noticed the engine rpm would shoot down 100 for 4 seconds, then back up 4 seconds later. Code p0483 popped up. I know that it is something about the fan not working right.

What do I do to fix it??

Thanks!

Looks like it could just be a power surge, a wiring harness that is grounding out, or a bad fan clutch. Clear it out with a code reader then see if it comes back.
